DMCA Copyright Policy

FuzeStylo (https://fuzestylo.com) respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (“DMCA”), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using our website when such claims are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied and posted on https://fuzestylo.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a written notification containing the following information:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf;
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works are involved);
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with the exact URL(s) on https://fuzestylo.com where the material is located;
Your contact information — full name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

Our Response

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will: remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly (typically within 48–72 hours); notify the content provider, member, or user responsible; and document the takedown.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to admin@fuzestylo.com including: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the material removed and its former location; a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification; and your name, address, and telephone number.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy, in appropriate circumstances, to terminate the accounts or posting privileges of users who are repeat infringers.

Good Faith

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. If you are unsure whether material infringes your copyright, please consult an attorney before filing a notice.
